to. Feedback to a request made through the website: the data processed to respond to requests will be kept for the time necessary to respond to them and subsequently for 24 months (should be sufficient and in line with what is expressed in point c) - Marketing)

b. Sales management: the data processed to fulfill any contractual obligation may be kept for the entire duration of the contract and in any case no later than the following 10 years, in order to verify any pending issues including accounting documents (e.g. invoices).

c. Marketing: personal data processed for this purpose may be kept for 24 months.

 

In any case, for technical reasons, the cessation of treatment and the consequent definitive cancellation or irreversible anonymization of the related personal data will be definitive within thirty days from the terms indicated above.

With particular reference to the legal protection of our rights or in case of requests from the authority, the data processed will be kept for the time necessary to process the request or to pursue the protection of your right.
